HEALTHY + EASY SMOOTHIE! // BATIDO SANO + FÁCIL!

Good morning! Today I've made myself a smoothie, and thought it was soo delicious I had to share it! The only ingredients I used were:

• 1 apple
• 1 banana
• 1/2 natural iogurt
• poured a bit of milk
• 30g of oats

Buenos días! Hoy me he hecho un batido y como estaba tan rico pensé que tenía que compartirlo! Los únicos ingredientes que usé fueron:

• 1 manzana
• 1 plátano
• 1/2 yogur natural
• un chorro de leche
• 30g de avena

That's all for today! You have to try it, it is so tasty and filling but without any sugars added ;)

Eso es todo por hoy! Tenéis que probarlo, está riquísimo y llena bastante pero sin azúcares añadidos ;)

Welcoming the Spring // Dándole la bienvenida a la Primavera

There's something about seing the sun through the window in the mornings that is so therapeutical and instantly makes everybody, isn't it?. This time of the year is the best to go for a walk or even hiking, it's not too hot or too cold. I took some pictures not so long ago when I went to a castle with my family, and here there are some of them:

Hay algo muy terapéutico en ver la luz del sol a través de la ventana por las mañanas, no creéis? Esta época del año es la mejor para salir a caminar o incluso ir de excursión, ya que no hace ni demasiado calor ni demasiado frío. HOW TO: NATURAL & FREE TONER / CÓMO HACER: TÓNICO NATURAL GRATIS

Hey! :) Today I will introduce you my favourite toner, which is super easy to make and has a lot of good properties for your skin. Plus, it's so cheap once you have the basic ingredients.

Here it is all you'll need:

• Green tea (better if you have an organic one)
• Mineral water
• A container, preferebly with a spray
• A glass

Hey! :) Hoy os quiero presentar mi tónico preferido, que además es facilísimo de hacer y tiene muchas propiedades para la piel. Además, es muy baratito, sobretodo si ya tienes los ingredientes por casa.

Aquí os dejo lo que vais a necesitar:

• Té verde (mejor si es ecológico)
• Agua mineral
• Un recipiente, preferiblemente con spray
• Un vaso

The process is too simple, but just in case I'll explain it to you:

1. Fill the container of the toner with the mineral water.
2. Put the water into a pot to boil it, or in a glass if you'll heat it in a microwave (you can use a kettle too).
3. Pour the boiling water in the glass with the tea bag and wait 5 minuts. After that, you remove the bag and let the tea rest until it cools down.
4. When it's cooler, you put the tea in your container and that's it!

El procedimiento es sencillísimo, pero por si a caso yo os lo explico:

1. Llenáis el recipiente en el que dejaréis el tónico con el agua.
2. Vertéis el agua en un cazo o un vaso si lo vais a calentar al microondas, y dejáis que hierva (podéis usar un kettle también)
3. Ponéis el agua hirviendo en un vaso con la bolsita de té y esperáis 5 minutos. Después la retiráis y dejáis la infusión hasta que se quede a temperatura ambiente.
4. Cuando se haya enfriado, ponedla en el recipiente y ya está!

It has to be kept in the fridge, and it lasts for 4-5 days, because it's all natural. It has so many properties for your skin, including:

• Has antioxidants, so it helps to rejuvenate your skin.
• It helps with problematic skin, specially acne and eccema.
• Helps when you've got puffy skin.
• It's good to drink it too, it helps getting rid of the fats in your body and it's good with headaches.

Hay que guardarlo en la nevera, y dura entre 4-5 días, ya que es totalmente natural. Tiene muchísimas propiedades para la piel, entre ellas:

• Tiene antioxidantes, así que ayuda a rejuvenecer la piel.
• Va bien para pieles problemáticas, especialmente acne y eccema.
• Ayuda a desinflamar la piel.
• Es estupendo también para tomar como infusión, ayuda a eliminar grasas acumuladas y a combatir el dolor de cabeza.

Here is the final result! I like applying it in the morning before my moisturizer, using a cotton pad (I spray it on the pad). It's so refreshing in the morning!

Aquí está el resultado final! A mi me gusta aplicarlo por las mañanas antes de la crema hidratante, usando un disco de algodón. Es muy refrescante por las mañanas!

My first post!

Hi! I've been wanting to create a blog for ages, but never had the courage to do it... until now. I got inspired by a nail polish (yes, very inspiring LOL) so I thought "why not, some people may be interested in what I have to say about it".

Hola! Llevaba mucho tiempo queriendo crear un blog, pero nunca tuve el valor suficiente para hacerlo... hasta ahora. Me inspiré por una laca de uñas (sí, muy inspirador hahah) así que pensé "por qué no, habrá gente que esté interesada en lo que tenga que decir sobre ella".

I was searching for a new blue nail polish for spring, but none of the ones that I saw caught my eyes. So, when I entered in Kiko and saw this one I fell in love. It's a very bright sky blue, which is very eyecatching and, I can guess, it would make you're tan show up more during the summertime. It's the first one that I buy from this Quick Dry line, and I have to say that it is quite good: easy to apply, has a thick brush and it looks good with two coats.

Estaba buscando un nuevo pintauñas de color azul para la primavera, pero ninguno de los que veía me llamaban la atención. Así que, cuando entré en Kiko y lo vi me enamoré. Es un azul cielo muy llamativo, llama mucho la atención y puedo suponer que en verano resaltará el bronceado de las manos. Es el primero que me compro de la línea Quick Dry, y tengo que decir que están bastante bien: ha sido fácil de aplicar, el cepillo es ancho y fácil de usar y se ve bien con dos capas.

As you can see this is the shade 850. I saw other very pretty colours in the shop, but I contained myself because I don't really need any more (although, can someone have enough nailpolishes?). Plus, they were in offer for only 1,99€ (they normally cost 3,90€), so was a good value for the price. I really recommend it!

Como podéis ver es el tono 850. Había muchos y muy bonitos pero me tuve que contener porque no necesito más esmaltes (aunque, ¿puede alguien tener suficientes?). Además, estaban en oferta por 1,99€ (normalment cuestan 3,90€), así que merecen mucho la pena. Lo recomiendo mucho!
